Greenfield and Pioneer competed in the early session while Athol, Frontier, Mahar competed in the late session of the seventh PVIAC indoor track meet of the season Sunday at Smith College. 

A pair of locals earned first place finishes. To kick off the day, Pioneer’s Sahana Heilman set a Panthers school record in the girls 55-meter hurdles, completing it in a time of 9.37 seconds to take first place. Later, Mahar’s Stellina Moore was the winner in the girls high jump with a top leap of 5 feet, 1 inch.
